Comprehensive Workshop Repair Services for All Pulsar Measurement Products
Pulsar Measurement offers dedicated workshop facilities for the repair, servicing, and testing of systems across our entire product range. If a fault is identified and the system is deemed repairable, you can request a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) to return the system for repair. The process is as follows:
Request an RMA form via any of our communication channels.
Complete the online RMA form, providing details of the items to be returned, along with a Purchase Order for initial inspection, testing, and minor repairs.
An RMA document will be emailed to you, including item details and the return address.
Print, and sign the COSHH declaration, then simply enclose the signed form with the items in the return shipment.
You will receive a notification once the items have arrived and are with our service team.
If major repairs are required, we will contact you with revised cost estimates and seek approval to proceed.
