Dedicated workshop repairs across the entire Pulsar Measurement product range.
Pulsar Measurement has dedicated facilities to repair, service, and test systems across our whole product range. If a system has developed a fault, and troubleshooting measures have identified that a system can be repaired, a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) can be requested to return the system for repair. The procedure runs as follows:
Request an RMA form link through any of our communication channels
Fill out the online RMA form with the details of the items for return, and provide a Purchase Order to cover initial inspection, test & minor repairs
An RMA document will be emailed to the address provided, populated with the item details and the address to send the items
Print the RMA form and sign the COSHH declaration
Enclose the signed form along with the items in the return shipment
Notification will be sent once the items have arrived and are with the service teams
If repairs are deemed to be major, we'll be in touch with revised costings and seek authorisation to proceed
