TTFM 6.1 New Sensor Release

February 02, 2021 | Product & Technical Updates

Pulsar Measurement is pleased to announce the release of the SE16C “large pipe” sensors for the Greyline TTFM 6.1 Transit-Time Flow Meter! The new sensors are larger and operate at a lower frequency, improving signal quality and making installation faster and easier in larger pipes and difficult applications.

Great things come in threes, the meter made to make your life easy.

Every flow measurement application is different, and choosing the right flow meter to deliver you the accurate and reliable readings you are looking for can be very time-consuming and use up a lot of resources.

At Pulsar Measurement, we make things easy for our customers when using non-contacting flow measurement. The powerful TTFM 6.1 now has THREE sensors to choose from that will help make your process run as smoothly as possible.

Easy to use and maintain

The new sensors are interchangeable and clamp to the outside of a pipe with standard mounting hardware. The user interface features an intuitive setup menu, meaning installation is quick and shut-down free. With no moving parts, there is little to no maintenance, and with solid-state components, there is no drift in performance over time, ensuring accuracy and peace of mind.

Easy to Choose

There are only three easy-to-select transducer sizes that work on all common pipe materials, including but not limited to; carbon steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, concrete-lined ductile iron, cast iron, PVC, HDPE, PVDF, copper, brass, aluminum, and pipes with bonded liners including epoxy, rubber, and Teflon. The TTFM 6.1 has options to be tailored to meet the needs of your application and the unit is the easiest choice to specify for your next clean-fluid flow application.
